On July 15th, Brenda Riordan joined VNS Health as the new SVP of Home Health Care and Care Management Solutions. Brenda is leading our Certified Home Health Agency and in 2025 will lead our Care Management Organization and Clinical Education.
Brenda brings with her over 25 years of experience in health care and over 10 years as an executive leader. In her past role at Encompass Health, she was responsible for developing and executing strategy for the Home Health and Hospice division. She also spearheaded other company-wide clinical, operational, and workforce initiatives. Brenda graduated from Suffolk University with an MPA/H in Health administration and is an Occupational Therapist with a BS from Boston University. She also has her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and as an AI Specialist.
Her strategic approach to operational optimizations, quality improvement, organizational development, and her passion for patient care are invaluable. We welcome Brenda to the VNS Health team and are very excited to see how she can help us provide quality care to our neighbors, their families, and their communities in the comfort of their homes.
