We’re excited to announce the grand opening of our new neighborhood office in Flatbush, NY. The new office aims to help underserved communities and individuals who face barriers to health care get the support they need.
Anyone can stop by our new office to ask questions about any of our five health plans, types of benefits we offer, and more without the need to schedule an appointment. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm except for holidays. Our Health Plans team members in Flatbush are fluent in Creole, Spanish, and other languages.
Tobias Germoso, VP of Partnership Development says that this new office can help be an anchor in the Flatbush community, “VNS Health has been around for over 130 years serving complex populations and underserved communities. And today here we’re having our grand opening in Flatbush as our new anchor in this community.”
EVP and Chief of Provider Services John Burke and several other team members attended the opening. Our community partners like CEO of Proactive Care Dr. Wilfrid Herard, IPA, Dr. Carl Casimir and Roslyn Joinvil, and the Office of Council Member Rita Joseph were also at the ceremony.
